Where do I even start with these two?? Kailey first contacted me for her wedding at Granny Mouse Country House at the end of last year and immediately booked her wedding.
It was only later this year, that I finally got to meet Jaco and Kailey at a coffee shop. We immediately connected and I was so excited that these two were going to become one of my bridal couples!
Kailey is the kind of person that you fall in love with instantly – she’s kind and caring, heartwarming and graceful. Her beauty shines from the inside, out and it’s obvious why everyone around her simply adores her.
It’s no wonder she found her match in Jaco – who is the epitome of a gentleman with integrity, pride and love for those in his life. These two have the best hearts – and ensured all their guests, and service providers, felt appreciated and cared for.
Their day oozed with sophistication and heart, country warmth and Midlands magic. Granny Mouse never fails to impress with its rustic elegance and was the perfect backdrop for Jaco and Kailey’s day. I love the Granny Mouse Chapel and gardens so we used both as spots for their creative session, as well as the beautiful view of the Midlands from just behind the chapel.
Here are just a few of my favourites from their beautiful day!
Thank you to my assistant and special friend, Chloe from Dear Chloe Photography for assisting me and feeding my creative heart. <3

It was a gorgeous, sunny day in the Midlands. As the sun’s rays beat down on the rolling hills of Brahman Hills and a slight breeze danced through the lavender garden outside the spa, Neché dressed herself in her wedding gown.
Her excitement revealed itself in nervous bursts of joy.
Today, Neché married Matthew.
In the glass chapel overlooking the dam, Neché’s glowing smile matched Matthew’s as he watched his bride make her way down the aisle to him.
Their wedding day was absolutely lovely and the perfect way to kick off the 2017 wedding season for me!
Thank you Matthew and Neché, your day was everything a wedding day should be! xx

There are so many things I’ll remember about Michael and Rozanne’s wedding day.
The genuine friends, the belly laughs, a laid-back bride, the mist, the most beautiful Fresian horse ring bearer, my car getting stuck on a bank… But most of all, I’ll remember how Michael looks at Rozanne and the way he speaks to and of her.
And I’ll remember how all their friends and family were just so proud of this amazing couple on their wedding day.

Reggie and Emily got married on a very cold day in the Midlands and oh, what a wedding it was. I drove up to the Midlands that morning to second shoot for Kelly Daniels, leaving behind anything warm that I owned! But the love on the day and the pure joy of photographing such a beautiful wedding and people eased the freeze. Despite my lips turning blue and my hands red and numb from the cold, I enjoyed every second. Thank you Kelly for allowing me to second shoot with you.
Reggie and Emily were married at The Windmills venue in the Midlands Meander. This has always been on my top 10 list of ‘Must-Shoot-At-Wedding-Venues’ and I’m very proud to say… I’ve booked my first Midlands wedding for later this year at The Windmills! Can’t wait!
